Milwaukee, WI - On Tuesday, Fox6Now reported that the U.S. Marshals Service had arrested Gualberto Fuentes, 37, who was wanted for a parole violation from a 1994 second-degree sexual assault conviction of his girlfriend. On March 9, 2012, a state arrest warrant was filed for one felony count for a sex registry violation, according to court recourts.
Fuentes is a known Eastside Mafioso Gang member. In March, a segment from Fox6Now profiled Fuentes who was wanted by the U.S. Marshals. A viewer tip led to his arrest on Tuesday at a home near the 700 block of Fiebrantz Ave. in the Estabrook Park neighborhood. Fuentes barricaded himself at the home, but was taken into custody by authorities.
