Washington, D.C. - On Tuesday, the bipartisanship U.S. Senate will need one more supporter to reach the 60 votes for cloture and to move forward on the vote for immigration bill S. 744. With the latest Senators Rand Paul (R-KY) and Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) indicating they will support S. 744, only one more supporter is needed to reach cloture.
One vote is short on cloture, but the bipartisan Senate is expected to get the final supporter by Tuesday to finally move forward on the vote for the bill.
The bill will provide border security and a path for citizenship for more than 11 million of undocumented immigrants and their children living in the U.S.
